We partnered with Ivyridge Honey Farm in Prince Edward County, where owner Bryan Cooper has passionately nurtured a nutrient rich environment for bees on land with an abundant diversity of limestone, wild flowers and native deciduous trees. This lively, complex honey has rich medley of notes and is gathered in fields that border Lake Ontario.
In its unpasteurized state - unheated, unprocessed and naturally organic - raw, pure honey maintains its minerals, vitamins enzymes and powerful antioxidants. So unlike refined sugar, it's exact combination of fructose and glucose help regulate the body's blood sugar levels and stabilize blood pressure. Not to be undone, raw honey's anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-fungal properties also make it an excellent cough medicine. Even sweeter? When it's local, it also contains a blend of local pollen, which can strengthen a person's immune system and reduce pollen allergy symptoms.

When Toronto native Colin Webster was living in Spain with his family, he discovered the best olive oil he has ever tasted. Made from 100% Arbequina olives in North-Eastern Spain, the region is known for its powerful sun, rich slate soil and fantastic wines. Arbequina olive oil is known as one the most flavourful and elegant olive oils in Spain. Les Sorts has received both a gold and silver medal at the Los Angeles International Extra Virgin Olive Oil competition.
Intense aroma and green grassy in colour, this cold-pressed (allows for a fruitier flavour) olive oil is smooth and beautifully balanced between sweet and peppery.

Fleur de Sel, the caviar of sea salt, involves collecting the thin layer of salt that rises to the surface of shallow pools of seawater. It contains no additives or preservatives, nor does it undergo any form of refinement other than slow drying under the sun and gentle grinding in ancient stone mills, enabling it to retain its minerals and trace elements. SAL de IBIZA is harvested exclusively in the Spanish nature reserve Parc Natural de Salines d’Evissa on the island of Ibiza.
