Crushed Raspberries in Cream

Crushed Raspberries in Cream

Recipe by Sweet Enough

Start to Finish: 10 minutes

Serves: 2

What You'll Need

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 cup whipped, sour or ice cream

Instructions

  • Put some raspberries in a bowl and sprinkle them with just a little bit of sugar, a light dusting.
  • Use a fork and smash them, just gently broken down and crushed. Wait a few minutes to allow for their juicy potential.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, butter (or oil), and egg. Add dry ingredients to milk mixture; whisk until just moistened (do not overmix; a few small lumps are fine).
  • Add your whipped cream into a coupe. Use as much as needed for preferred serving vessel.
  • Top with some more berries. You can swirl it together after it's been layered, or leave it parfait-style.
  • Serve in a coupe to the one you love.
