Coconut Yogurt Breakfast Bowl

Looking for an escape minus the flight and hotel? There are worse ways to start yet another week of lockdown than with this Coconut Yogurt Breakfast Bowl. The interplay of coconut and lime will instantly transport you to your favourite island, and combined with lots of immune-strengthening vitamin C,  it's a recipe that feeds both body and soul. Hop onto Spotify and play your favourite Bob Marley tune (we like "Stir it Up" given the theme) and you'll be hard-pressed not to start your week with a little spring in your step.

Serves 1


  • ½ cup or 1 100g container of Liberté Greek coconut yogurt

  • 1 medium red grapefruit

  • ½ mango, cubed

  • ¼ lime

  • ½ tsp lime zest

  • 3 tbsp granola


  • Cut a thin slice from the top and bottom of your grapefruit. With a knife, cut the peel and outer membrane down the sides, and then cut along the membrane of each segment to remove fruit.

  • Assemble your yogurt and fruit in a serving bowl, and top with granola.

  • Add lime juice and with a microplane grater, generate about 1/2 a teaspoon of lime zest overtop.

Tip: Feel free to substitute other citrus or tropical fruits to your taste, and just double up on your quantities if you're feeding more than yourself.
