These David Mellor knives feature curving handles made of Indian rosewood. The ice-hardened, high-carbon stainless steel blades reflect the latest techniques in steel casting to create a beautifully curved bolster and precision ground blades, specially glazed to give a bright finish.

Known primarily for his flatware, exceptional kitchen knives and two London stores, David Mellor is celebrated for his contribution to British design. Having been commissioned both by 10 Downing Street and Queen Elizabeth II, the industrial designer's work spans decades and has a permanent home in London's Design Museum. David Mellor died in 2009, yet his work is carried on by his son Corin, who continues to produce timeless, quality pieces for the brand.
