Handmade along South Africa’s Garden Route, WonkiWare is known for its signature irregular forms and quietly confident colour. Each piece passes through fourteen pairs of hands before it’s complete — shaped, glazed, and finished by artisans trained personally by founder Di Marshall.

No two pieces are ever identical. That’s intentional. Slight variations in shape, glaze and finish are part of the design — ceramics made to feel assembled, not staged.

CARE

Made of South African clay, each piece is dishwasher- and oven-safe, and is robust enough for everyday use. Like any ceramic product, it is susceptible to chipping or cracking if not properly cared for. Do not stack in your sink or put a very cold piece directly into a hot oven.
