A little afternoon tea in a jar. Tart, deeply flavoured haskap berries meet the delicate citrus notes of Earl Grey tea in this beautifully balanced preserve from Quebec’s Ferme Bourdelais. Wonderful on warm scones, buttery toast or alongside a good cheese. Made in small batches using fruit grown on the family farm, with less sugar and more fruit flavour.
