Merchandise will be accepted for full refund to the purchaser’s original form of tender if returned in saleable condition within 30 days. Gift recipients are eligible for exchange or merchandise credit only. Please note that special order and/or custom merchandise are considered Final Sale. All in-stock orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of placing your order.  For non-stock/special order items, we will contact you with approximate arrival dates. 


Prefer to collect your purchase in-store? During the checkout process, simply enter our address in the shipping field, and we'll notify you by email when each or all of your items are available for pick-up at 1120 Yonge Street, Toronto, M4W 2L6. To pick-up your merchandise, you will need to present a confirmation of your order, such as the order confirmation email or pick-up notification email you will receive. 


Hopson Grace offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING across Canada and the United States on all orders. Please note, free shipping does not apply to orders being shipped to Nunavut, Yukon, Alaska, the Northwest Territories or Hawaii.


Shipping and billing addresses must be valid Canadian or U.S. addresses. Shipping is not available to P.O. box addresses due to shipper restrictions. Your billing address must exactly match the location where your credit card bill is sent.

Once you have submitted your order, you will receive a confirmation by email to confirm that your order has been received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
