Overview
We are seeking Sales Associates to join our team! Join our dynamic luxury retail environment focused on design, entertaining and home. Candidates with experience in design and/or luxury retail or lifestyle brands will be prioritized.
Responsibilities:
- Create a superior customer service experience for HG clients
- Work with your manager to support the company’s monthly and annual sales targets
- Show proactivity with regards to sales initiation, product knowledge and store appearance
- Display strong organizational and administrative sills
- Demonstrate highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
- Capture customer data with each transaction
Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years’ sales or customer service experience in the design or fashion industry, ideally in a luxury retail environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proactive
- Interest/experience in design
