Bon Appetit magazine wrote that a Zalto is “Quite possibly the greatest wine glass we’ll ever drink from…tall and lean, with an impossibly slim stem, I can’t say whether it made the Barolo taste better, but it made drinking it much more enjoyable.” These lead-free glasses are exceptionally strong because they’re blown in one piece, and because the stem is so thin, it’s actually flexible, making it much more durable than it looks. Robert Parker, the world’s most influential wine critic, is a big fan.
