    Adria Votive, 4in

    $70.00

One of the leading producers of crystal in the world, Rogaška has a 350-year history of producing crystal by hand. In the 18th and 19th centuries, there were between 14 and 17 glass foundries in Slovenia, but as the cost of coal rose, these traditional glass huts became extinct. In the early 1900s the remains of the glassmaking industry were merged and Viljem Abel built a glass factory in Steklarna, Rogaška, where it continues to produce crystal today.
