We all know that staying hydrated is important, especially during summer's hottest days, but drinking water can sometimes feel like a chore. One way to get everyone drinking more H2O is to spike it with a little flavour. Infused water not only makes a refreshing zero-calorie drink, it's also very pretty to look at. Try a Mojito water (pictured) using lime, mint and cucumber, mix blackberries with orange slices or serve up strawberry basil water; the options are limited only by your imagination. Infuse 1-2 hours at room temperature, or in the fridge for 3-4 hours to maximize flavours. For extra tangy water, infuse it overnight.
