Designed, made and assembled in the UK, our luxury matches are longer than normal (4") to protect your fingers, and are housed in traditional letterpress printed boxes. Invented by Johannes Gutenberg in the mid-15th century, letterpress was taken over in the 20th century by offset printing, but has recently seen a revival in an artisanal form.Â
