The Assam tea press uses the same brewing system as the French Press, giving you full control of the tea-steeping process. Its silicone plunger locks tea leaves into the bottom of the filter once brewing is complete, cutting off the hot water's access to the tea leaves. The press is ideal for use with loose-leaf tea, as well as with tea bags.
