Made in France
Over the last Century, Charvet has been producing linen in the Northern French city of Armentières, otherwise known as the cité de la toile (city of the fabric). The oldest fabric in the world, linen dates back to Egyptian time, clothing the pharaohs. During Roman times, linen moved into the home where it has remained ever since.
