Jim is a Canadian wood turner living in Mulmur, Ontario. He makes a wide range of pieces from highly functional and uniquely named salad bowls to the purely visual. His method of construction integrates recycling – from his bowls to historical turnings made with wood from old buildings or from the bottom of Georgian Bay.
