Care: Please note, it’s important to never let a candle burn down to the candlestick; a guttering flame can mar the finish or char the wood of your candlestick.

Our olivewood salt keeper is made in Royans, on the edge of Provence, and each piece is unique with irregular graining and knots. Fill it with fleur de sel finishing salt or sel fin for cooking.
Care: Hand wash and dry immediately – do not soak. To prevent the wood from drying, occasionally apply some vegetable oil, food safe mineral oil or beeswax. Not dishwasher safe.

Made from 100% Arbequina olives in north-eastern Spain, the region is known for its powerful sun, rich slate soil and fantastic wines. Arbequina olive oil is known as one the most flavourful and elegant olive oils in Spain. Les Sorts has received both a gold and silver medal at the Los Angeles International Extra Virgin Olive Oil competition.
Intense aroma and green grassy in colour, this cold-pressed (allows for a fruitier flavour) olive oil is smooth and beautifully balanced between sweet and peppery.
