ABOUT THE ARTIST: The large naturalist drawings of Arctic wildlife have defined the legacy of Tim Pitsiulak (1967-2016), one of the most sought-after contemporary Inuit artists. His love of hunting and his respect for the wildlife in his region is evident in his large scale drawings of Arctic wildlife that capture images of walruses, whales, bears and seals.
