Made from 100% Arbequina olives in North-Eastern Spain, the region is known for its powerful sun, rich slate soil and fantastic wines. Arbequina olive oil is known as one the most flavourful and elegant olive oils in Spain. Les Sorts has received both a gold and silver medal at the Los Angeles International Extra Virgin Olive Oil competition.
Intense aroma and green grassy in colour, this cold-pressed (allows for a fruitier flavour) olive oil is smooth and beautifully balanced between sweet and peppery.
