A solid stainless steel mill with a Danish ceramic grinding mechanism (durable enough to be used with rock salt, if desired) hides behind a thin layer of Canadian wood. Meticulously honed and assembled to form its curvaceous grain-matched body, each pepper mill takes several days to make by hand.
