Established in 1735, Richard Ginori is one the oldest porcelain manufacturers in the world. Known as the Ferrari of tableware, the company has established itself as the gold standard in the world of luxury goods. Ginori porcelain has graced the museums and tables of many European fine homes and luxury hotels, including the Vatican. Known for quality, craftsmanship and Italian design, Richard Ginori was acquired in 2013 by the Gucci fashion house.
The Babelle collection features a colour palette focusing on the shades of blue and red, while the design of each object recreates the fading effect of the underglaze embellishments; evoking XVIII century serial decorations obtained by using the stencil technique. Babele embodies all the characteristics that established Richard Ginori as an institution in its field, encapsulating in one single collection the perfection and know-how of the Florentine Manifattura. Contemporary meets tradition, without abandoning the brand’s distinctive classic and sophisticated essence.Height 11.5" | 29cm

From the high altitudes of the Andes Mountains, Alpaca is washed, combed, spun, dyed and woven entirely by hand by Peruvian Alpaca experts. The Alpaca – a distant relative of the llama – lives in high altitudes and can withstand extreme weather conditions that can fluctuate between -20ºC to +30ºC in a single day. Its fibre breathes on hot days and retains body head in colder weather, and is comparable in quality to cashmere, angora and mohair. Warmer and stronger but lighter than wool, Alpaca is naturally hypoallergenic, meaning it’s ideal for those with sensitive skin or asthma. Made of 100% certified Peruvian Alpaca fibre.
Care: Dry clean only
Dimensions: 6 x 4 ft.
